For 2010, medical and dental plan rates are based on full-time or part-time status. Medical rates are also based on work location ZIP code, salary and your smoker status and your spouse / domestic partner’s smoker status (if applicable). Part-time rates for medical in 2010 will be based on the full-time equivalency rate. For example, if you work 20 hours a week and your part-time salary is $20,000, your full-time equivalency rate would be $40,000.
